AHEAD OF APGA PRIMARIES: GIVE US OKAKA, HE IS OUR MANDATE AND WISH – OYI YOUTHS
Yesterday, the youths of Oyi LGA under the umbrella of “Oyi Youths Revolutionary Movement” unanimously endorsed Comrade Engr. Chuks Innocent Okafor as their consensus candidate for Anambra State House of Assembly come 2019.
The event which took place at the headquarters of Oyi LGA Nteje, when Comrade Engr. Chuks Innocent Okafor stormed the venue of late Chukwuma Okonkwo funeral to Commiserate with the bereft family on the demise of their own Son and brother.
The group through its spokesperson Comr. Ifeanyi Anionu (Awkuzu, Oyi LGA) called on APGA leadership to please ensure transparent, free and credible primaries for the delegates to elect their choice which is no other aspirant but Comrade Engr. Chuks Innocent Okafor.
Responding to newsmen, Comr. Ifeanyi equally called on ndị Oyi to rally round the youths as he called on other aspirants for same position to step down for the chosen bride or face him in primaries and be disgraced woefully.
So far, all aspirants vying for the elective position of ANSHA in Oyi are sound politically but amongst them, we have seen a youth, vocal and undisputed Comrade who is endowed with leadership qualities to liberate us and change the ugly narratives of Oyi politics. He is Young and today I can categorically state that We youths constitutes majority of votes in our democratic setting and as such we plead that all political parties in Oyi adopt Comrade Engr. Chuks Innocent Okafor as consensus candidate or face our wrath at the forthcoming General elections (Boycott).
We won’t support any aspirant/candidate in Oyi or Oyi/Ayamelum & Anambra North if by any means Comrade Engr. Chuks Innocent Okafor loses the APGA ticket to any old wine in New jar through rigged primaries. We all know them and their political inputs. Mr. Charles Obimma and Barr. Pst. Ejike Nwachukwu should step aside or lose followership in Oyi if they tend to stand opposite to our mandate and wish for political Emancipation.
Comrade Chuks Innocent Okafor is our only wish, the delegates of APGA are already aware that anything extra will breed disunity in Oyi politics - Comr. Ifeanyi concluded
The youths equally called on critical Stakeholders in Oyi to endorse and support their candidate, Okaka has the requisite qualities to represent us in the Sate house of Assembly. His Excellency Gov. Willie Obiano runs an all inclusive Governance and the youths constitutes if not majority of his cabinet and the results are encouraging, let’s also give Okaka our mandate for effective and youthful representation. Our parents must support our resolve same way we supports them right in our respective families, we must all come together to actualize this dream. (He is our only wish for 2019)
