MEET THE GAME COACH, THE GAME CHANGERS.
- Barr. Richard Ezechukwuma (Anaku, Ayamelum LGA)
What makes a game a game is the presence of a coach on the one hand and players on the other hand. A coach is that man who seats by the touchline, draws the pitch in his palms and with very soft voice, whispers to the players what to do. The coach studies the mood and directions of the game and with a *calculated risk, instructs his players on how to change formation immediately* That's the coach. He doesn't make noise. He is calm, cool and collected. Just like rightly said, by "Bill McMcartney
All coaching is, is taking a player where he can’t take himself". According to CNN, Coaching is the Universal Language of Change and Learning.
In Oyi Politics, I have seen a coach. I took my time to study the life of this coach and his pedigree. How he ascended to the Olympian height where he is currently, And by wisdom and good calculated risk, he has remained there. In this coach I saw a man slow to anger, slow to words but full of actions. Whenever you strike at him, he keeps calm, no clapping back, no attacks, yet he takes actions that leaves the attackers in disarray.
I have noticed with intense certainty how this man have over the time resisted series of temptations when the whole war game involving Oyi and Ayamelum was revolving around him, his personality and his character. A lot was said about him, he was attacked, cajoled, etc, yet like that gentle coach he kept his cool. Today, he has turned out to be right after all. He actions, inactions, decisions etc have all pointed to the fact that he is always right. He did it before in the just concluded Governorship election. He is set to do it again.
Gentlemen, allow me to announce, that in the politics of Today, in the entirety of Oyi, it cannot be complete without the mention of the name *WIPER*. I can still recall vividly the first day I met him sometimes in 2016, having heard so much about the name WIPER, yet when I met him that day, I was the more confused. He was so quiet, so cool, and so calculated. Makes little or no noise, but surely is a game changer, a coach.
If everyone will copy this attitude of Hon Uche Okafor WIPER, to always respect the choices people make in this game we call politics, to always respect other people's opinions and not take to names callings and attacked on people's names simply because they have a different ideology and opinions about a candidate from yours, then the politics of Oyi and Ayamelum will be a lot better.
Wiper has taught me that one is free to choose a candidate and should not be crucified for it, and that however, whenever the Charlatans attack, amidst their bad and incomprehensible English, just like WIPER, I should keep quiet and do my calculations well and strike when it mostly matters. That is the game... You may wish to sight Saraki here as a case study. Just like a good coach, he has taught me how to make fire instead of lighting the candle for me. Hear this one time great philosopher KAMND KAJOURI what he said when he was asked to defined a coach.
He said a coach is that who Do not give them a candle to light the way, but teaches them how to make fire instead. That is the meaning of enlightenment.
What manner of politicians is this... When you hear him talk, he talks like someone who have attained a PhD in political science. He is indeed a man to learn from. He has deep insight, and wisdom. Learn from the coach and stop all this name callings and attacks that have not fetched anything positive to your group but mass defections on daily basis.
Learn from the coach.... The man Hon Uche Okafor WIPER is indeed a coach.
I remain my humble self, R. C Ezechukwuma Esq.
