The battle for who represents Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency at the 9th Assembly has been a hot topic for media users in recent months now, despite the issue been laid to rest in favor of the People's and APGA party choice on several occasion which emanated from summits, town hall meetings and intervention of our traditional rulers. Ekene Enefe is still being misled by those who regrouped themselves after numerous unsuccessful pull them down mission in Oyi and Ayamelum polity.
Critical stakeholders, leaders of thoughts and other notable political sophisticated elites in Oyi/Ayamelum had long spoken in one voice and pledged their unalloyed support and solidarity to the people's lawmaker and best NASS member from APGA & South East Extraction Hon. Barr. Gabriel Onyenwife.
Most recently, the Executive Governor of Anambra Gov. Willie Obiano and other APGA party leaders had made significant moves in a quest to restore unity and equally harmonize the constituency for the interest of the people and the party but yet Ekene Enefe and his unscrupulous crew of advisers who bestowed on themselves "NZOPUTA" trademark to malign myopic fellows into believing their tale of lies/deceit and lead their principal to his own casualty while they service their greed and continuous distortion of the peace in the constituency and APGA party.
Ever imagined why ndị Igbo are not making headway in national politics since the return of democracy in Nigeria? Personal greed and let's pull him down approach has been the only perfection of Igbo Political brothers. It is difficult for an average south easterner to extol the efforts of his brothers to make impact, rather he will stage his own greed which appears to him alone an interest (personal interest) at the expense of the large interest of ndị Igbo.
In all ramification as far as Oyi/Ayamelum politics is centered, Barr. Gabriel Onyenwife deserve reelection Ekene Enefe should prepare himself for 2023 if at all he will woo sympathizers.
The said zoning arrangement which they claim to have had in 2010/11 wasn't crafted in APGA party and till date Not even Ekene Enefe nor his minority crew where able to provide any form of the said agreement copy to the interested few.
Ekene Enefe had been warned by numerous youths, women and elders group (s) including political gladiators in Oyi and Ayamelum to step aside in his jaundiced aspiration and allow Ayamelum LGA complete their second term through Hon. Gabriel Onyenwife after his successful and commendable first term in the House of Representatives but the NLAPUTA cohorts keep pushing Ekene Enefe to his dooms. (CHARLATANS)
The claimed zoning arrangement has No iota of truth surrounding it. If there is one, they should provide an evidence and mention those present during the agreement.

For the record, there has never been any such thing as Zoning Arrangement. Where was such agreement when Hon. Chinedu Eluemuno from Nkwelle Ezunaka vigorously contested for APGA nomination against the present incumbent during the primary election for 2015 general election? Oyi was in the House of Representatives for three straight terms, from 1999 to 2011 through late Hon. Celestine Nnaemeka Ughanze (1999-2007) and Hon.Chinedu Eluemuno (2007-2011), a period of 12 uninterrupted years. Ayamelum has only been there for 7 years now through Hon. Chizor Obidigwe (2011-2015) and the present incumbent, Hon. Gabriel Onyenwife (2015-2018). Is Ayamelum not entitled to the same 12 years Oyi enjoyed in the House of Representatives before bundling them out of Abuja. Is Ayamelum a "Junior" or "equal" factor in the political equation of Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency? What is good for the goose should be equally good for the gander. The justice of the matter is that Ayamelum should have their 12 years in the Federal House of Representatives before the issue of Zoning will arise. Hon. Barr Gabriel Onyenwife performed and he is from the LGA (Ayamelum) that has been marginalized a lot since history of Oyi/Ayamelum Federal Constituency. Recall that Oyi already represented the constituency more than Ayamelum (Oyi - 14years 4terms) while (Ayamelum- 8years 2terms) Democracy should accommodate and encourage everyone for justifiable equity and equality. APGA rewards loyalty and encourage equitable democracy and as such, Gabriel Onyenwife and Ayamelum cannot be left out.
The political distortion being implored by Ekene Enefe and his NLAPUTA team is a healthy challenge which will definitely end in a show of shame. At the end of the struggle, the choice of the people (Delegates & Electorates) will emerge and APGA will win landslide in coming general elections.
